Dermagist Therapeutic Cleansing Gel (review + giveaway)

Dermagist Dermagist Therapeutic Cleansing Gel is a facial cleanser that is specifically formulated to wash away oils and debris, without stripping your skin of its natural defenses. Dermagist Therapeutic Cleansing Gel contains several essential ingredients that are gentle and effective with cleansing as well as moisturizing: aloe vera, chamomile extract, olive leaf extract, shea butter, and tangerine oil.

Dermagist sent me a bottle of Therapeutic Cleansing Gel to review, and I have been using it daily for about a month now. I really like it. First and foremost, the generous 4 oz. sized bottle will last quite a while, since only a nickel-sized amount is needed to cleanse your face and neck. It is only very lightly scented, and the use of select, natural ingredients minimizes the risk of skin irritation from use.

The consistency of the gel is on the thin side, so it spreads easily and also lathers nicely. On the flip side, the thin consistency of the gel can make it a little tricky to handle, especially in the shower — so for this reason I’d recommend washing your face prior to showering (if you typically do your face cleansing routine in the shower, as I do), or applying the gel with the aid of a soft cloth.

After gently lathering for a good, thorough cleansing, the Therapeutic Cleansing Gel rinses away cleanly, leaving skin feeling fresh and clean, with no gunky build-up or residue left behind.

You can purchase Dermagist Therapeutic Cleansing Gel for $35.99 for one bottle, or $49.98 for two bottles.
